1. Booking & Payments

  • A confirmed booking requires an advance payment as per company policy.

  • Full payment must be made before the commencement of the tour.

  • Payments can be made via online transfer, credit/debit card, or other accepted methods.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 2 days before the tour start date are eligible for a refund (as per policy).

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 4 to 5 working days after the cancellation request.

3. Travel & Itinerary

  • The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by external factors.

  • Travelers must follow the schedule and guidelines provided by the tour operator.

4. Liability & Responsibility

  • We are not liable for personal injury, loss of belongings, or accidents during the trip.

  • Travelers are responsible for their own safety and must follow the tour guide’s instructions.

  • Travel insurance is recommended for all participants.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Clients are expected to behave responsibly and respect local customs and laws.

  • Any damage caused by the client to property, vehicles, or third parties must be compensated by the client.

  • We reserve the right to remove any traveler from the tour in case of misconduct.

6. Force Majeure

  • The company is not responsible for cancellations or delays due to natural disasters, political disturbances, strikes, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

7. Amendments & Policy Changes

  • Shri Tungnath Tour and Travels reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

  • Clients will be notified of any significant changes before their tour begins.
