1. Booking & Payments
A confirmed booking requires an advance payment as per company policy.
Full payment must be made before the commencement of the tour.
Payments can be made via online transfer, credit/debit card, or other accepted methods.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 2 days before the tour start date are eligible for a refund (as per policy).
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 4 to 5 working days after the cancellation request.
3. Travel & Itinerary
The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by external factors.
Travelers must follow the schedule and guidelines provided by the tour operator.
4. Liability & Responsibility
We are not liable for personal injury, loss of belongings, or accidents during the trip.
Travelers are responsible for their own safety and must follow the tour guide’s instructions.
Travel insurance is recommended for all participants.
5. Code of Conduct
Clients are expected to behave responsibly and respect local customs and laws.
Any damage caused by the client to property, vehicles, or third parties must be compensated by the client.
We reserve the right to remove any traveler from the tour in case of misconduct.
6. Force Majeure
The company is not responsible for cancellations or delays due to natural disasters, political disturbances, strikes, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
7. Amendments & Policy Changes
Shri Tungnath Tour and Travels reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
Clients will be notified of any significant changes before their tour begins.
